Important Changes in the New Edge 126 Browser
First, they fixed a crash on Edge Browser that would occur when you tried to use very long drop-down lists that contained more than 1,000 items. Now you can use them without your browser freezing.
They also fixed a printing issue. Previously, if you scrolled down a webpage and then tried to print it, the printout would get messed up. Now it will print correctly no matter where you scroll on the page.
Important Security Patches for Edge Versions
But the biggest part of this update is all about security. They fixed six security issues. Two of these were very serious.
They removed a vulnerability that could let bad guys run dangerous code on your computer. One of these was even labeled as critical, meaning it was really important to Fix.
- One of these was a feature that could let people run dangerous code on your computer. This could make it easier for hackers to gain access to your browser. This will not be possible after this update.
- If you want to get this update, you don’t have to do much. Your browser will probably update itself. But if you want to check if it has been updated, you can do it.
