New Features of Windows 11’s New Insider Build 26227

One main or big change can be said that Copilot Assistant will now be a separate app. Which you can pin to your taskbar. You can resize and move this app window as you wish. But you can no longer use the WIN + C shortcut to open it.

Recently, Microsoft has released a new patch KB5037853 for Windows 11 and KB5037849 for Windows 10. You can directly download and install the new features.

In the Settings app, there’s a new “Linked Devices” page where you can see all the PCs and Xbox consoles linked to your Microsoft account.

Microsoft has also fixed some issues, such as animation stutters, apps not opening properly on startup and location permission issues. It also fixed crashes related to opening too many tabs, the WIN+W shortcut, and Live Caption.

But right now some people are unable to update to the latest preview build. Microsoft is looking into this issue. If affected, you may need to reinstall the latest Windows ISO file.

For Android phones, the Phone Link app now suggests replies when you receive a message, to make it easier to reply.
