Microsoft Testing New Edge Version to Improve Resource Control & Gaming Experience

Microsoft is testing new version 125 of Edge

Currently, you will get to see the stable version of Microsoft Edge 124.0.2478.51 or 124.0.2478.80. You can download it. We did not see any significant change in the changelog on this version of Windows 11. Many more new features are available in Edge 125. According to a recent report, Microsoft is testing some features on the new beta version 125.0.2535.13 of its Edge browser. In which the new feature will also have the facility of memory control along with settings control. How much memory is your computer using during gaming? This feature was not available in its old stable version 124.0.2478.80. Due to this, the problem of browser loading was seen and it reduced the speed of your work.

How to Use the New Resource Controls on Microsoft Edge 125

If you want to use this resource control, you must have version 125 or its next version. So for this, you need to go to (…) > Settings > System and performance. There you can toggle the switch to enable resource control settings.

It allows you to control and limit the amount of memory used by default after you enable the toggle switch. Then you can enhance your gaming and browser experience by connecting to the new version 125 of Edge.
