• Smart Meeting Preparation: Microsoft will add Copilot support to Windows 11 more quickly. With this, you can easily scan the email thread using AI and prepare a meeting invitation. Which will include all the information.

• Quick Information: Microsoft will create a quick summary of all your conversations through Copilot support on the new Outlook. So that you can easily share information while saving time and meetings.

• Email Makeover Magic: Using this feature, you will be able to easily write the emails sent in a better way. You just have to select the parts of the message.

• Calendar at your fingertips: You can easily navigate your calendar through the new Outlook. All you have to do is zip around the calendar grid using your arrow keys. You can also plan your week.

• Smart Scheduling: Now the scheduling features have been upgraded more than before. In which you can see many types of suggestion features. Whether it is to use time.

• Ease of attachment: This will allow you to easily share Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files directly.

• Video Playback: With this feature, you can stream the video that comes to you. Now you will not need any other type of app for this.
