While Workspace is in the spotlight, the update also includes a number of other improvements:

1. Advanced Paste just got smarter: This tool, which will help you paste text in different formats, now lets you set custom actions, meaning you can set pre-defined prompts for the AI ​​model, making it even faster to change your text as you want.2. Awake learned a new trick: This utility, which will prevent your PC from going to sleep, can now attach itself to the parent process. It’s a small change, but it could be very helpful for some workflows.

3. Ahead Preview: The quick file preview tool now supports long file paths, so there won’t be any problems with getting stuck because the file is buried too deep in your folder.

4. Screen Ruler gets an upgrade: You’ll now be able to take multiple measurements at once with all the measurement tools. Perfect for designers and anyone who needs precise on-screen measurements.

Bug Squashing & Polish – 

This new version of PowerToys 0.84 also features a number of changes, including:

– PowerToys Run (the quick launcher tool) now positions its window correctly when you start it.

– The File Explorer add-on got some fixes to prevent floating, separate preview windows.

– Some changes to the Keyboard Manager fixed the problem of stuck Ctrl keys.
