Windows 11 24H2 Bug Confirmed: BSOD Issue Detected in VoiceMeeter App

Microsoft released a new version of Windows 11 just a few days ago, which you know as 24h2, and some new bugs were identified in this new version of Windows 11 24h2. Users of the Voice Meter app are facing a huge problem, which is a serious problem.

Microsoft has confirmed this new bug, which sees many changes under the hood. Like any other update, it brings its problems. This serious problem has come to the fore for the users of Voice Meter, a virtual audio mixer that many streamers and podcasters like to use.

If you are also a user of Voice Meter and try to run it on Windows 11 24h2, your computer may shut down suddenly, and your entire screen may start appearing blue. This is a special error, which you call a Blue Screen of Death (bios).

It has also been reported that the driver of Voice Meter is not working completely properly with the new memory management in Windows 11 24H2. A few days ago, a new update of Edge browser 130.0.2849.46 was released which brings with it new features and improvements.

Microsoft is taking this problem seriously, if Voice Meter is installed on your PC, then Windows Update will not give you a 24h2 update and will hold it for some time.

Microsoft provides the option of Windows 11 Installation Assistant or Media Creation Tool to update manually, but you should be alert and patient.

Workers of VB Audio (maker of Voice Meter) are working on this serious problem, and Microsoft has confirmed that whenever a solution to this problem is available, we will definitely be informed.

If you have to update to 24h2 for any necessary reason, then you can remove Voice Meter from your computer. So that you can get rid of the blue screen. Until the problem is solved, you will have to manage without the voice meter.
