ByMicrosoft has released a new update for Windows 11 23H2. This new update is named KB5044380. In this, you will get many new features and improvements like gamepad and mobile integration.
Microsoft released this new insider build to all insider testers on October 10. The latest version of Windows 11 23H2 KB5044285 and the first update of 24H2 KB5044284 was also released.
Many types of fixes will also be seen in this new insider build. Let us understand point by point further. Before this, a new build KB5044384 was also released.
Windows 11 KB5044380 New Features & Fixes
- Now just like the new update of Windows 11 24H2, you will be able to see all the information about battery life, messages, and recent photos on the Start menu on this version as well.
- This update has introduced a new way to type using the Xbox controller. With the help of this, you will be able to play games easily. Like using the X button for backspace and the Y button for space.
- Along with this, if you try to reset the Windows Hello PIN or forget the PIN, then if you click on the link, it will now work correctly.
- They have renamed the “All Apps” section in the Start Menu to just “All”.
- Some fixes are also going to be seen in this update of KB5044380. In which notifications are turned off for some apps, sleep mode battery usage is high after unplugging the laptop battery, and changes and patches are seen on some problems of Microsoft Teams, Outlook reminder, and printer.
If this update of Microsoft matches some 24H2 update, then do not worry. Microsoft is going to start its rollout gradually.
