Microsoft has released a new Windows 11 Insider build 22635.3430 (KB5036992) to the Beta channel. many major improvements and new features. This will especially enhance the experience of the copilot with Windows Share.

Recently, Microsoft released build 26100 on Windows 11. In which the focus was on the features of Moment 5 and the upcoming version 24H2. One of the major changes in this update is the improvement in CoPilot integration within Windows. Earlier, Microsoft had introduced a new experience for Copilot on Windows. Which started with build 22635.3286. This update is going to make Copilot integration even more seamless.

Now you go to it and copy the text or image files. Then it will also change the CoPilot icon appearance available on the taskbar. This will indicate that the copilot is always ready to assist you. When you hover your mouse over the CoPilot icon, you’ll see a menu of these actions appear. Due to this it enables you to perform many tasks instantly like creating a similar image or analyzing the image.

Microsoft aims to make this improvement to make it faster and more intuitive for users to take advantage of CoPilot’s capabilities directly from the Windows interface without having to navigate to a separate CoPilot application or other service.

Windows Share Restarts After Disabling Old-Features

Microsoft has introduced CoPilot enhancements as well as the ability to share content directly to specific Microsoft Teams channels and group chats within the Windows Share window. This new feature was originally introduced with build 22635.2776 but due to some reasons, it was temporarily disabled. this update the ability to share directly from Microsoft Teams has been reintroduced.

New features and improvements were introduced on this new Insider build. Microsoft has also acknowledged and resolved some known issues. As:

1. Addressed an issue where Internet Information Services (IIS) and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) may not work after you install updates.

2. For Windows Insiders with the new status for widgets entry-point on the left-aligned taskbar. there were known issues related to swipe invocation and unpinning widgets. Also, the incorrect position of the widgets board was observed when it was on the copilot side. Side-by-side mode can now also refresh the taskbar by turning widgets on or off in the taskbar settings.

Microsoft also says that we are investigating the known issues. Which will be improved in future updates. The new Windows 11 build 22635.3430 (KB5036992) focuses on enhancing the CoPilot experience and re-enabling older Windows Share features. What is your opinion about this update?
